Job Description

As a Receptionist you are required to:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office area.
  • Communicate with Internal Accounting Department for vendors/suppliers payments.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, printing, photocopying, and any task necessary.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the office’s public areas.
  • Assist company as a purchasing, follow up on any suppliers, either via e-commerce purchase or offline purchase.
  • Manage bookings for meeting rooms.
  • Ensure Receptionist workstation area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Assist compiling employees’ attendance through employees’ calendar – Leaves and Sickness (the template will be provided by HR).
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Prepare a meeting room based on meeting schedule (clean up, prepare the air conditioner, etc.).
  • Assist HR to provide stationery for new employees.
  • Welcome and greet guests at the reception.


Requirements:

  • Good self-presentation.
  • Holds minimum High School Diploma.
  • Diligent, neat, and detail-oriented person.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good self-organization skills.
  • Strong team spirit, openness, common sense & dedication.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Hospitality oriented / Amazing with customer service.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
