Food And Beverage Team (Gwk, Bali)

We are hiring for Food and Beverage Team to be placed in Garuda Wisnu Kencana, Bali. General descriptions and requirements are written below.

• Restaurant Supervisor

Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly, supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.

• Sous Chef

Responsible for planning and managing food preparation in restaurant kitchens.

• CDP

Responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section (Asian/Indonesian/International/Butcher).

• Cook

Responsible for following instructions relating to the timely preparation of food orders, organizing workstations, and assisting other cooks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Placement: Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), Bali
• Minimum education level D3 in Hospitality, especially from Culinary
• Experience in related position for at least 2 years
• Strong background in restaurant and kitchen
