Job Description

Waste4Change is a social enterprise that provides responsible waste management services with a vision to reduce the waste generated in landfills. We have been established since 2014 and already have a lot of experience in providing responsible waste management services from upstream to downstream. We provide services for companies, small businesses, to private residences. Our services are Consult, Campaign, Collect, and Create.


Currently, Waste4Change is looking for a Financial Staff position (Maternity Leave) in Bali with the following details:


:

1. Responsible for managing and recording Petty Cash RWM transactions.

2. Record sales transactions, issue and send invoices and carry out billing processes to RWM customers.

3. Follow up with the client for payment collection.

4. Recording all RWM purchase activities to the system.

5. Responsible for making payment schedules for RWM vendors and inputting payments (as a maker) and confirming to suppliers/vendors after the payment has been successfully released.

6. Record all payment transactions to the system.

7. Recording transactions in and out of RWM logistics goods in the system.

8. Ensuring and verifying stock taking of RWM logistics goods at the end of each month which is carried out by logistics staff.

9. Ensure that every billing and payment transaction is completed with an invoice and/other supporting data.

10. Filling in Petty Cash report documents and other financial data.


Requirements :

- Minimum S1 Economics/Accounting/similar major.

- Have experience in Finance.

- Familiar with accounting software (Jurnal.id, Spreadsheet, etc)

- Have experience in financial reporting.

- Attention to detail.

- Able to communicate and work together in a team.

- Have personal laptop.
