Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify trends in sales and expenditures and implementing necessary controls
  • Verify and validate sales program guidelines for all related documents
  • Ensure all documentation submitted by Area Managers (AM) and Point of Sales (POS) system complies with compliance checks
  • Exercise control over the inventory of coffee and merchandise at each POS
  • You will perform the incoming reconciliation of sales data
  • Oversee control procedures for Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines at each POS
  • Analyze costs for each POS
  • Conduct outgoing reconciliation with Banking

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with current financial software
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years experience in the area
