Requirements:

• Excellent financial modeling skills
• Experience in using ERP system
• Minimum 5 years experience in Finance or Accounting Manager
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good listener, proactive, can stand up and drive changes
• Well-organized, attention to details and able to work with deadlines
• Have Understanding PSAK real estate industry
• Willing to be placed in Bandung
• Have understanding tax regulations in Indonesia

• Oversee a business’s progress toward long- and short-term financial goals
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with the PSAK of the real estate industry
• Prepare detailed financial analysis and projections at the project and business unit level
• Managing Company Profit
• Creating dan Review Financial Projection
• Compile and manage corporate taxation
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
• Make regular Financial Reports
• Analyze Business Performance Periodically
