Finance, Accounting & Tax Officer

This is a remote position.
We are currently seeking a junior level Finance Accounting and Tax Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance activities of the organization. This role will involve working closely with other members of the finance team to ensure that financial information is accurate and timely.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of tax regulations preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of accounting software preferred

Recruitment & Selection Process

• Onboard: The new hire goes through an onboarding process, which may include training, orientation, and introductions to other team members.
• Offer: The most fit candidate will be offered the job.
• Apply: Candidates apply for the job by submitting their resume and cover letter through the company's website or job board. This step can take anywhere from a few minutes to complete their application materials.
• Screening: Applications submitted will be reviewed by team members who will be working closely with the new hire. This step may take 30 days for the hiring team to review all of the applications and select candidates for further consideration.
