Finance Accounting Tax Manager

A multinational trade and services company based in Jakarta are currently recruiting for an Finance Accounting Tax Manager job. The ideal candidate has three to five years' experience in budgeting and reporting knowledge within the industry. In this job, you will be responsible for all finance and reporting matters for the company along with budgeting and controlling.

About The Finance Accounting Tax Manager Role

As the Finance Accounting Tax Manager, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting finance and reporting to the SEA Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and group accounting standards
• Overseeing the development of local policies and maintaining high levels of financial control
• Ensure overall tax compliance, accuracy and timeliness of company’s tax reporting
• Month-end closing of the books and timely deliverables of requirements
• Review balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Responsible for local statutory reporting including liaising with auditors, tax consultant and local tax authority
• Manage external auditors and statutory reporting requirements
• Prepare variance analysis against budget and prior years
• Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving processes and implementing best practices

To succeed in this Finance Accounting Tax Manager role, you will need to be technically strong in accounting, finance and tax.

Key Requirements

• Good track record of managing and developing teams
• Bachelor's (or above) degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Brevet A and B
• Positive, driven, enthusiastic and ambitious for the business
• As a team player and able to work independently
• Three to five years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Good command of English
