All of our products are handmade in Bali, free from parabens, sulfates, harsh chemicals, mineral or palm oil, and against animal cruelty.

:

• Creating and maintaining records of products COGS & operational expenses to maximize profit and ensure high operational efficiency
• Facilitating the purchase of raw materials and other inventory. Ensuring that all raw materials and bottles for production are always available for efficient production
• Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow Taking care of files/accounting administration including contracts, financial reports, taxation and other administrative matters, including payroll and employee contract
• Provide costing and quotation
• Maintaining records of production in terms of quantity and cost.
• Prepare monthly or annual company tax compliance Preparing the monthly profit and loss, balance sheet reports and other financial reports as requested by the management
• Perform the daily tasks of the general ledger accounting and maintaining accounting journals (e.g., disbursement, expense vouchers, receipts, and account payable)

This is a full-time on-site role with Monday to Friday working days

Qualifications :

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Experience in creating and implementing financial policies and procedures
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
• Willing to work on Jimbaran, Badung
• Experience in managing budgets, financial reporting, and analysis
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in finance and accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Finance Accounting software system such as Accurate, ect.
