Finance, Accounting, And Tax Lead

Responsibilities

• Plan, apply and monitor the process of developing systems and procedures for Finance & Accounting.
• Plan, organize and control the company's cash flow.
• Plan, organize and control the company budget.
• Monitoring all the work of Finance & Accounting division staff so that it runs well.
• Able to make financial reports, balance sheets and income statements.
• Manage and process the company's financial data, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement accurately and in a timely manner.
• Doing work on company finance & accounting reports, including for tax purposes.
• Manage all financial aspects of fixed assets, AP, AR, Petty Cash and Bank reconciliation.
• Can do Transactions in Large Amounts.
• Coordinate and control the planning, reporting and payment of company tax obligations so that efficiency is accurate, timely and in accordance with applicable government regulations.

Qualifications

• Has Brevet A/B Tax Certificates.
• Familiar with using Accounting and Tax Systems.
• Has high motivation.
• Able to work with high pressure work environments.
• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree, with Accounting major.
• Min. has 5 years experiences in Finance & Accounting Management role in retail company at managerial level, at least Assistant Manager/Supervisor.
• Has a leadership skill, honest, communicative, thorough and oriented towards achieving fast and precise work results.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel) and Accurate (accounting software).
• Communicate and coordinate well.
