Facilities Manager Jobs

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible of maintaining facilities, ensuring its safety, executing structure precautions, as well as coordinate facility use schedules.

:

• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
• Maintain oversight over building resilience, Facility services and property environments by working closely with various department needed
• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
• Manage the performance of the Facility service partners and strive towards continuous improvements
• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services
• Having K3 safety certificate
• Handle other daily property issues
• Ensure cost effective systems are in place to take on the incoming work requests
• Supervising teams of staff.
• Having leadership qualities and high management skills
• Mitigate the risk of building failures by identifying critical systems and creating plant maintenance programmes
• Overseeing building projects and renovations

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in facility management at least 3 years
• The ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
• A high-achiever and someone willing to grow
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant major
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to speak English (written and oral)
