Fabric Sourcing Manager Jobs

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Fabric Sourcing Manager to join our team.

As the Fabric Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sourcing of fabrics and managing relationships with suppliers. Your expertise in textiles and fabric quality will be crucial in ensuring that we consistently obtain high-quality materials for our products.

Responsibilities:

1. Fabric Sourcing: Conduct extensive market research to identify potential fabric suppliers and stay up to date with the latest industry trends.
2. Develop and maintain a strong network of fabric suppliers domestically and internationally.
3. Evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing, and delivery schedules to make informed decisions regarding fabric selection.

Qualifications:

- Speaking English

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Fabric Sourcing Manager or a similar role within the textile industry.

- In-depth knowledge of different fabric types, fabric sourcing strategies, and global textile markets.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Excellent and problem-solving abilities to evaluate fabric quality.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using fabric-related software and tools.
