在必要時聯繫相應的個人或部門(如銷售、資料管理、會計),以處理客人來電、請求或問題。運用可最大限度提高收入的銷售技巧,同時保持現有客人對萬豪的忠誠度,包括向上銷售。決定饋贈客人,作為他們惠顧酒店的禮物(如獎勵積分、演出門票、禮品券)。提升內部和外部對品牌形象的認知度。處理兌換「萬豪禮賞」積分的請求。處理透過電話、傳真或郵件收到的所有預訂請求、更改和取消。在接受客人預訂時將「萬豪禮賞」資訊輸入到相應的軟體中。回答、記錄和處理所有客人來電、請求、問題或疑慮。履行一般職責以支援銷售和行銷(如存檔、發送電子郵件、打字、傳真)。協助管理層培訓和激勵員工;樹立榜樣。
遵守公司的所有政策和程序;確保制服和個人儀表整潔而專業;維護專有資訊的機密性;保護公司資產。根據公司的標準,歡迎和答謝所有客人;預期並滿足客人的服務需求;感謝客人的真誠讚賞。使用清晰專業的語言與他人交談;準確完整地編寫和審核文檔;採用適當的禮儀接聽電話。與他人建立和保持積極的工作關係;支援團隊達成共同目標;傾聽並適當回應其他員工的問題。監督他人的表現,確保遵守品質預期和標準。閱讀和目測驗證各種格式的資訊。在沒有他人協助的情況下,移動、舉起、攜帶、推動、拉動和放置重量不超過 10 磅的物體。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作職責。
