Event Staff Jobs

:

• Make a recap of the marketing & promotion activities that have been carried out and monitor the use of the budget against the initial budget proposal
• Make plans for marketing & promotional activities to be carried out and budget estimates (timelines)
• Arrange pitching schedules and determine Event Organizer (EO) to be used when events will be held (coordination with dealers & Management)
• Monitor and ensure the event is running well
• Provide recommendations for marketing & promotional activity strategies that will be carried out (Theme, Event concept, Design, Event date & Event location, Display)
• Reviewing and evaluating the performance of marketing & promotion activities on a regular basis and analyzing the activities carried out in order to provide recommendations for appropriate and effective improvements
• Monitor and develop standards for dealer & Main Dealer marketing & promotion activities (Layout, Promotional Materials, Manpower, Display)

Qualifications :

• Likes to work in the field or outside the office, and travel outside the city or outside the island
• Creative, Responsible, Reliable, Able to work in Teams, High Initiative
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to new culture and environment effectively, Have a good Personality and Attitude,
• Bachelor (S1) - Marketing Communication or Mass Communication or Communication Studies or Public Relations)
• Willing to work under pressure
• Fresh Graduates or Work Experience as BTL Marketing Staff or Events or Promotions
