Equity Research Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

:

1. Analyze the equity/stocks in Indonesia market according to the concept of investment value and evaluate the equity stocks in Indonesia market.
2. According to the company's requirements produce valuation reports that suitable for Internet users, to serve the vast number of individual investors.
3. Develop cooperative relationships with listed companies in the industry, serve all kinds of institutional investors, and provide institutional investors with in-depth insights and reports on the industry and companies.
4. Train and lead the internet content operation team, and guide the content operation team to generate and screening platform content.
5. Build and maintain financial models (DCF/relative valuation) and write research reports intended for retail investors.
6. Special ad-hoc tasks including mentoring interns, school outreach etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in top/reputable national or international universities, majoring finance, accounting, economics is required.
2. Ability to analyze financial statements and proficient at building financial model from scratch.
3. Strong verbal and written in Chinese communication is preferred (no prior background but have strong interest in financial industry, have basic knowledge of economics, financial, accounting is acceptable).
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Willingness to learn, passion for research, depth thinking, open-minded to a lot of ideas and way of thinking.
6. Pursue excellence, being radical truthful, and smart.
7. Willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area.
