English Teacher Jobs

KAPLAN Edupac is widely known for its variety of English Language Programs from KAPLAN International Colleges and for KAPLAN Test Prep and Admissions USA. Both programs aim to prepare the Indonesian human capital for advanced levels of education and careers. We train our students to increase their English proficiency through active participation in programs targeted to their needs: General English, Business English, English Conversation, Academic English, and Test Preparation such as TOEFL iBT®, IELTS, TOEIC®, SAT, GMAT, and GRE®.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate English Classes for Business English, English Conversation, or Test Preparation
• Preparing and distributing progress or post-student and class report
• Delivering personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning
• Attending parent-teacher meetings
• Supervising classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment
• Collaborate with other staff to foster a good student experience

Teacher Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in teaching English Language Teaching (ELT) or English Literature
• In-depth knowledge of teaching methods
• Certified English Teaching (CELTA or TEFL)
• Able to work On-Site or Online Classes
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a teaching English for Adults
• Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities
• The position is open for Full-Time
• Communicative, creative, interactive, and technology savvy
