About The Role

In this role, you will:

• Monitor and report of all activities, coordinating personnel and parts.
• Coordinate with the Radio & Instrumentation department to ensure the equipment maintenance both unscheduled and scheduled,
• Provide outstanding service management to internal customers through the provision of up to date technical expertise by ensuring the windows operating environment and related hardware and software is performing in accordance with Thiess standards and meets clients' expectations
• Provide quality support services to Information and Communication Technology customers in order to exceed the expectations of the Thiess business and end users.

About you

• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritise day to day work in an independent manner
• A minimum of 5 years experiences in similar role in the large mining or construction industry; broad based electronics knowledge and wireless data equipment; IT and computer literacy;
• Experience working within a complex ICT server environment
• Demonstrated experience in the operation and technical support of PC’s, associated peripherals and software in a complex windows environment.
• Excellent communication, written - verbal in English; honest, hardworking, able to work under pressure and lead the team.
• Demonstrated experience in working with cloud applications Experience in the provision of remote and onsite support in a previous environment with a complex, distributed site network
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills;
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Willingness to be hired as local worker in Batam
• Experience with the creation of design, project documentation and process documentation
