Responsibilities
  • Counselling students on Australia studies, providing admission information and assist student with visa application.
  • Conduct other activities as part of ‘after sales services’ and to maintain relationship with IDP’s current students & alumni
  • Plan, organize, and implement students application and visa processing.
  • Communicating with respective Australia universities client.
  • Participate in exhibitions or seminar/ interview programs or other outreach activities to convert existing leads, generated by the Marketing / Manager / Other conversion generating activities.
Requirements
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Education or equivalent.
  • Australia graduated or previous counselling activities are preferable.
  • Basic knowledge of visa rules and regulations
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field, Australia Graduate or previous experience in Education Counselling is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Australia
  • Education counselling skills which include:
  • Basic knowledge of Australia university courses
  • Basic knowledge of Australia culture and geographic region
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
