Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Strong technical knowledge of E-commerce platforms, maintain website and app performance
  • Supervise IT developer for web, app and order management system
  • Manage and mantain product pages and manage inventory E-commerce for all E-commerce channels including marketplace, and e-retailer partner sites
  • Dealing with third party developer
  • Familiarity with E-commerce platroms such as Magento
  • Have strong knowledge E-comm business process from customer order, delivery, until customer refund
  • Devising strategist that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store


Requirements:

  • Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills
  • Willing to be place at Head Office in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in E-commerce especially handling web and app (Magento)
  • Good communication and startegic thinking skills
  • Experienced setting up E-commerce web app system
  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • Extensive experience as an E-commerce Manager min 2 years
