URALA is a fast-growing marketing and PR outfit in Indonesia, combining digital marketing and PR practices to help clients communicate and connect effectively with the audience. The firm offers integrated services covering digital strategy, public relations, social media, branding & positioning, website creation, performance marketing and media planning. Whilst the team is not as big as those under global holding companies, talents are passionate about understanding clients’ industries and going extra miles to deliver cost-effective solutions.

URALA is also a pioneer in the blockchain space and boasts a dedicated digital asset (Web3.0, NFT and metaverse) marketing practice. We are currently looking to expand our team in Indonesia and looking for aspiring talents to join our regional team.

Digital Marketing Manager, Indonesia

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence in Indonesia by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

The Manager will be working closely with our existing team in Indonesia as well as our regional team. With succesful talents, the role might evolve into leadership roles in URALA's regional business.

Responsibilities

• Developing marketing and PR staregies
• Content creation, social media, influencer marketing etc.
• Event coordination and management
• Pitching activities
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English
• Content creation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Working level of Chinese and/or Japanese is a big plus
• Familiarity with GPT4
• Ability to translate from English to Indonesian
• Having exisiting relationship with content creators and influencers are a big plus.
• 3+ year of marketing experience
• Undersntaing of Web3, crypto, NFT and other emerging technologies
