Job Description

Overview:


Are you a marketing rockstar with a passion for driving business growth? If so, Youvit is looking for you! We are seeking a highly skilled Growth and Performance Marketing Manager to take our marketing efforts to the next level as one of the key pillars of Youvit’s Marketing mix. You'll be responsible for driving performance marketing, DTC sales, and CRM activities to increase revenue and drive overall business growth. We're looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and always up for a challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's CRM activities, including customer segmentation, email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging, to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Drive DTC sales growth by developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies, including paid and organic search, affiliate marketing, referral programs, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, DTC sales, and CRM.
  • Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns and strategies to improve performance and ROI.
  • Build your own growth team to ensure constant optimization and execution of growth strategies
  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, revenue, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms for email and WhatsApp
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a DTC e-commerce environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and SEO
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
