Job Description

Job Desc :

  • Initial research and vetting of vendors and liaise internally with potential partners and contacts.
  • Evaluate of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and ensure a great customer experience.
  • Create communication content to achieve maximum exposure for LMI and tenant and partners through use of LMI loyalty program.
  • Researching, learning and onboarding new technology and digital tools identify areas where existing platforms and functionality can inform and impact customer engagement to increase LMI loyalty program to increase tenant engagement, customer rewards, retention and acquisition.
  • Create strategic direction and goals based on data and insight in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Use metrics to determine a more unified UX (User Experience) across LMI digital properties under the responsibility of LMI HO Marcomm.
  • Regularly audit current tools and platforms to ensure the most efficient ongoing use of products.
  • Demonstrate use-case scenarios and the impact on internal stakeholders around the use of technology platforms and online programs.


Job Req :

  • Good problem solving skill & project management.
  • Have good computer skills for Excel and proficiency in other office applications.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Oral & Written).
  • Able to work under pressure to achieve the target.
  • Understand how to use database systems management software.
