Devops Engineer ( Glints Client)

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the high availability and performance of cloud services.
• Implement and maintain access controls, IAM policies, and encryption mechanisms to protect sensitive data.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate processes and streamline application deployments.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and coordinate with relevant teams for incident response and resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to cloud computing, DevOps, and security.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate controls.
• Work closely with the team to develop and enforce security policies and best practices.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Participate in capacity planning, performance optimisation, and cost management initiatives.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud computing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a distributed cloud environment.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal) is required
• Solid understanding of security principles, best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with AWS services, including EC2, ECS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience in Start-up ecosystem is a huge PLUS.
