Requirements:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in real estate or construction project management.
• Indonesian citizenship.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
• Have 5 - 10 years of experience
• Proficiency in English.
• Willing to be relocate to Bali

Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Manage real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with authorities and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify development opportunities and assess market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and consultants to facilitate the development process.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support.
