Our client is a coffee outlet network with a technology concept that offers a different coffee experience with premium coffee at an affordable price.

Requirements :

• Working experience in high-growth businesses and advertising agencies (preferred)
• The expertise of the prototyping tool Figma.
• Thorough understanding of modern fashion, trends, and design.
• Understanding of video editing and animation.
• Understanding of CAD and package design.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• English communication skills that are strong.
• Excellent communication abilities in another SEA language.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent collection of finished design work.
• The ability to work in a dynamic setting that changes quickly.
• Excellent originality and a creative thinker.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.

:

• Manage creative projects independently with little supervision and assistance.
• Ideate, propose and execute creative strategies to increase the efficiency of assets across all channels.
• Create briefs for photoshoots, selecting and retouching photographs.
• Adopt design and marketing strategies or trends in-house fast.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders across all Marketing teams, ideating, conceptualizing, and executing projects from start to finish.
• Spearheaded and developed the creative direction of marketing and branding campaigns.
• Assist with the development and improvement of our app UI.
• Create and design in-app banners, landing pages, social media posts, print materials, short video animations, and assets.
• Improve teamwork efficiency by implementing and recommending better internal processes.
• Maintain visual consistency across all visuals.
• Develop high-quality design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with overall brand and campaign requirements for print and digital media.
• Review designs for errors of team members before publishing creative assets.
