Job Description

Kamma Sail is looking for a Cruise Director to work on our boutique Live-aboard


Requirements:

  • Willing to join immediately
  • Familiar with Komodo & Raja Ampat area
  • Dive Master & Instructor Certified
  • Boat experience a plus
  • Having excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken English and Indonesian
  • Min. 2 years experience of related position


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage operations incidents and improving SOP to delivery the best quality service during the cruise
  • Constant collaboration and coordination between all crew members
  • Guarantee proper level of resources to deliver operations and manage staffing accordingly to the needs of each operation
  • Capable to assist the guests with the activity during the trip
  • Planning & Schedule the route for a trip
  • Handle issues and are quick to make proper decisions and coming up with solutions
