Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with the vendors in the event there is a disagreement on the contract
  • Drafting and reviewing purchasing contracts and agreements documents
  • Provide legal opinion and solution to user in case of potential dispute
  • Checking the documents of the vendors (akta, licenses, etc)


Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, majoring in Law
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Thamrin - Jakarta
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in reviewing & drafting purchasing contracts/agreements.
