• Study each recipe and gather all the necessary ingredients
• Check the freshness of food and discard expired items
• Monitor food stock
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment
• Delegate tasks to the cook helper
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
• Cook dishes in a timely manner
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)

Kualifikasi

• Honest, self-motivated, pleasant personality, smart, charming person, motivator and communicator, team player
• Healthy and good appearance
• Minimum 1 year experience in same position
