• Strong understanding in online consumer behavior, and creative process;
• Advance SEO knowledge, proven experience in driving website traffics.
• Solid understanding of social, digital, media, and content metrics;

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Content Strategy (lead generation & traffics)

• End-to-end creative and content creation process;
• Conducts research on the competitive environment and gathers market data for the business and uses the results to come up with well-informed topics and themes for content creation.
• In-depth understanding of the current market content trend and develop a content strategy based on analysis of this trend;
• Develop, monitor, and optimize language style guides, workflows, and policies related to product content

Content Management

• Regularly assess content performance and quality by analyzing key indicators: content page views, SEO monthly research on relevant industry, and the benchmark to other platforms;
• Explore new content types and opportunities to increase user engagement on the platform;
• Set the standard for writing/language used and the desired content quality to ensure adherence to napocut’ branding guideline;

Team Management

• Set and monitor key KPIs both on the team level, and individual level.
• Accountable for operational day-to-day work allocation and managing the team’s performance;
• Grow and build the content team;
