Job Description

Position: Community Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Soorfinc. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in user acquisition and customer support, fostering a vibrant and engaged community of surfers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our users, driving engagement, and providing exceptional customer support.


Responsibilities:


  • Gather user feedback and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancements
  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics and KPIs to measure the success of community initiatives
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and helpful customer support
  • Create and manage content across various channels (social media, forums, blogs) to engage the community and increase brand visibility
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
  • Develop and maintain FAQs, knowledge base articles, and user support resources
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns to attract and onboard new users
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring adherence to community guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, surf culture, and emerging platforms for community building


Requirements:


  • Fluent in English and Bahasa (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus
  • Passion for surfing and understanding of the surfing community
  • Proficient in social media management and content creation
  • Proven experience in community management, with a strong track record of successful community engagement and growth
  • Familiarity with customer support KPIs and experience in developing and implementing customer support strategies
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with a diverse user community
