Collections Supervisor Jobs

You will be responsible to manage, coaching and sharing with your team. You will be a part of a large team that acts as both the spearhead collections team, but you will also be providing help for our customers if they require special conditions for their payment solution.

Requirements :

• Excellent communication, collection oriented. Able to produce written reports, follow up actions, and escalate matters in timely manner. You will also be interacting with people from other departments regularly, flexibility and adaptability in dealing with them is also very important.
• Experiences as Collection Supervisor in Banking or Fintech min 2 years.
• Able to work together with team or by yourself. however you will need to coordinate, escalate and collaborate your work with others within and outside your team.
• Comfortable working on a specific set of targets
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
• Preferably have active AFPI (collection) license/certificate
• Able to work in shifting and able to read Collection Reports
• Familiar with Collection Strategies and Creative in Negotiating Repayment Terms and Method.

Responsibility :

• Always maintain your integrity in upholding company and collection regulations.
• Review performance per Desk Collection
• On a daily basis you will need to monitoring, coaching and motivate your team member.
• Achieve your set targets for personal performance and team.
• Review result from QC Desk
• Perform meeting with management team to cover performance result and solution/action items.
