Responsibilities:

• Formulating well-informed recommendations for review by the financing committee.
• Facilitating weekly member gatherings and overseeing service transactions.
• Conducting comprehensive surveys and feasibility assessments of financing applications, ensuring adherence to established criteria, procedures, and policies.
• Extending economic assistance to household members of program beneficiaries and offering financing options for local rural micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in various practices.
• Identifying and reaching out to prospective customers, inviting them to participate in our program.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated dedication to the company's mission, centered on uplifting the financial well-being of low-income households through microfinancial services.
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Thrives in dynamic situations and is adept at on-field marketing, including engaging in face-to-face interactions with prospective customers.
• Proficiency in motorcycle riding.
• Exemplary character, integrity, transparency, meticulousness, effective communication, and a diligent work ethic.
