Mission
For the investments of his/her perimeter is guarantor of the delivery at the best total cost ownership of the civil engineering installations:

• Takes into account, challenges and robustifies the input data for its studies (machine requirements, customer needs).
• Realize and / or pilot and receive studies related to his field.
• Participate and / or pilot the realization, the installation, the commissioning, and the reception of the installations of his domain in the respect of the performances: quality, cost, and delivery time.

Key Expected Achievements

• Performs or verifies assumptions, sizing calculations and plans.
• Check the conformity of the execution plans to the specifications.
• Prepares the end-of-affair balance sheet and capitalizes on the affair. Archive all documents.
• Ensures the optimization of the specifications by challenging the needs.
• Ensures design during technical reviews.
• Delivers a Basic Design file (detailed design):
• Transmits a quotation, a consolidated schedule, an updated risk analysis.
• Participates in the monitoring and safety of the workplace.
• Evaluates performance gaps.
• Conducts feasibility studies, delivers an estimate, a schedule, a technical description, and a risk analysis.
• Challenge the proposed solutions (total cost ownership).
• Done the preparation, planning and monitoring of the commissioning and reception of equipment and works done.
• Delivers a building and its utilities in compliance with the costs, time, quality commitments:
• Research and select a supplier for the studies and construction phases.
• Ensures continuous progress in its business (technical specifications, tools, and calculation notes).
• Manages the changes.

Qualification

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior project experience in Civil Engineering.
• Have experience in managing the project in the scope of construction (Building, utility, power station, etc).
• Detail oriented and self-starting with good time-management skills.
• The minimum education is a bachelor’s in civil engineering.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
