Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Drive change management initiatives, address resistance to change, and provide support to stakeholders during implementation.
• Create reports evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of newly implemented processes.
• Develop policies, methodologies, and operational procedures to facilitate smooth implementation of business process improvements.
• Communicate improvement plans and implementations to relevant teams, sections, strategic business units, and stakeholders for smooth strategy execution.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation by conducting periodic reviews to ensure planned targets are met.
• Analyze bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement requests to prioritize and strategize business process improvements throughout Arya Noble.
• Oversee the implementation of business process improvements, ensuring project and change management are executed on time.
• Create a business process plan and strategies to improve efficiency across support functions and business units at Arya Noble, aligning with company objectives.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
• Establish effective governance structures and collaborate with senior management to define governance frameworks for process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal audit, risk management, and stakeholders to ensure business process compliance and efficiency.

Does it match your criteria?

• Perfect if you have master degree in Business Management with experience in Business Process Consulting
• Strong knowledge about Business Process Management, Marketing, Sales, Retail Business, B2B Business, Digital Business Finance, Human Resources, Asset Management.
• Have ability in Process Classification Framework, Process Improvement Tools, Risk Management, and Microsoft Office
• 6 - 7 years experience in Business Process Improvement with at least 3 years in managerial position
• Has bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Management
