Position Title : Business Analytics Manager - Business Units


Location : Indonesia/Malaysia/India


Business Analytics Manager - Business Units has the following areas of responsibility:


  • Maintain consistency across Gold standard KPIs, maintain catalogue of local KPIs / logic and drive catalogue development & manage Governance on the same
  • Work with the business/ Solution Factory to ensure DevOps requests are appropriately managed, budgeted and delivered
  • Further develop detailed business requirements to feed into design work working with Jira platforms to ensure requirements are firmly illustrated to tech delivery teams
  • Own the product SLA & OTIF post completion working in partnership with Solution Factory teams bridging the connect between Service Delivery & Business Champions
  • Interface with the business champions & BU teams to understand and capture the high-level business requirements & documents through the data-discovery process for markets.
  • Support Key users / Super users as an SME for Functionality enhancements / User adoption activities – like Trainings, Custom business insights, support in product activation, NPS surveys etc
  • Work with the Product Managers & Engagement Leads to develop business cases to support the business in raising investment for D&A solution delivery
  • Identify opportunities to apply diagnostic insights to data. Use recognized data analysis & visualization techniques to make sense of data in a way that helps the markets to discover useful information to improve the overall business objectives and performance.
  • Enable futuristic capabilities using Generative AI and its integration with Power BI
  • Cost management & tracking associated with new product functionalities and product enhancements CRs.
  • Act on the user feedbacks on product & derive constant enhancements to the product managing cost efficiencies & finding ways to deliver at low costs


Works as an embedded part of the Analytics products team to build out the product roadmap delivery of BU Performance Management. This role will require an understanding of the Performance management process and how BUs are driving business outcomes.


Does this sound like you?
  • Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise, and actionable manner
  • 10+ years’ experience in CPG with an understanding of Business Analytics and functional understanding across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Media domains
  • Familiar with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, NLP tools
  • Strong track record of working with senior business stakeholders to drive definition, alignment, and support for application of analytics and data to address complex business issues.
  • Foundation knowledge on Generative AI
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment
  • Passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data
  • Ability to rapidly connect + match analytics and data products to business needs
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously in a highly VUCA and competitive market
  • UX Design expertise preferred.
  • In-depth expertise on Unilever Data ecosystem and knowledge on legacy source systems & Data Lake
  • Deep understanding of Data and integration in the Data Lifecycle management
