Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our technology grand design project, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements into comprehensive and actionable plans for our teams. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the project's direction and ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication and understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business users and teams, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.
• Analyze complex business problems and propose innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for technology solutions.
• Assist in user acceptance testing, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Available to join immediately.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that align with business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects.
• Willingness to travel to Jakarta for business purposes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
