• Create an annual budget.
• Making regular and incidental reports
• Ensuring everything is safe and in accordance with security feasibility.
• Estimating time and budget for building maintenance
• Making schematic drawings and RAB for the construction of new buildings
• Create work standards or SOPs for an assessment reference.
• Controlling and monitoring the implementation of corrective & preventive maintenance, complaints and occupant requests.
• Coordinating work with the head of the engineering department, and the housekeeping department, as well as the financial administration department.
• Always supervise the projects being worked on.
• Responsible for all daily operational activities throughout the area, including engineering, housekeeping and security.
• Ensure all areas comply with health and safety standards.
• Ensuring that all building facilities are running normally and in accordance with their functions
• Making work programs or work programs regarding building management and maintenance.
• Establishing a vision for building management with an orientation towards the company's mission.
• Creating a team and organizational structure for building management
• Carry out daily inspections.
