Branding & Digital Marketing Assistant Manager

Support affiliate marketing team with lead generation initiatives and other tasks as required

Key Responsibilities

• Any other tasks assigned
• Conduct thorough market & competitor research to identify market gaps and potential opportunities
• Develop a holistic plan to manage and position the brand in line with the guidelines set by the company
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that leverage AI and drive conversions.
• Implement retargeting ad campaigns across various platforms to engage and convert users who have previously interacted with the brand or shown interest.
• Develop an end to end integrated marketing strategy (including ads, campaign ideation etc.) to maximize brand exposure and conversions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a branding & digital marketing assistant manager with a focus on both branding and ads based strategies
• Experience in implementing and optimizing retargeting ad campaigns across various platforms
• Good attitude with a willingness to learn and possess a problem solving mindset
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is highly desirable.
