The Opportunity:

In this role, you are responsible to work closely with key marketing functions such as creative, performance marketing, and social media and relevant stakeholders outside the marketing team (ops, product , etc) to build robust brand marketing strategies for the FITHUB. This role act as brand evangelist, whom understanding of customer insight matches the ability to translate the data into meaningful insights that are important to build strong top to bottom organic user funnel strategy. You will be expected to be agile, hands-on and willing to hit the ground with a growth mindset. You'll get a huge room of growth and opportunity to show your communication & marketing skills as you will create, design, and push out world-class marketing campaigns.


What You Will Do:

  • Support partnerships and relationships with other brands/influencers/communities.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Develop strong brand campaign strategy to meet relevant momentum, seasonality, and analyze the impact primarily to important brand attributes such as awareness, TOM, etc and formulate the ROI analysis for each
  • Overseeing 360 marketing programs to ensure proper, consistent communication and embodiment of brand identity to support business outcomes in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
  • Identify the most suitable marketing channels and target segment for each marketing initiative to manage user communications, both online and offline.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to develop top notch marketing campaigns.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.


What We Need:

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Strong empathy for the end-user. Obsession with understanding user problems and needs.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Strong knowledge in PR, social media, and brand building.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong stakeholder management ability..
  • 5+ years experience in brand and creative marketing from a reputable startup or digital agency.
  • Experience in handling end to end new product launching with a proven track record.
