KodeKiddo is a fun-focused & interactive coding school for kids. We offer children yearlong afterschool enrichment coding, STEM (science, technology, engineering, & math), intra/extracurricular & various competition / events using the technologies & methodologies specifically developed for kids in the USA.

The classes are for children from Kinder – High School (TK – SMA) & with various centers located in Jabotabek, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Medan, Bali.

In a journey to educate 1 million childrens, we need more people like you; educators, instructors, builders etc inside the company who are eager to up our scale. We are looking for a new team member to join as a branch manager at KodeKiddo.

Get to Know the Team

The branch manager team is a game-changer that has a direct impact on the growth of the branch by giving the best experiences for kiddo’s & parents in consuming our services. The team is made up of people with an entrepreneurial & growth mindset, but still giving a fun attitude inside the office. The branch manager will report to the branch manager lead, to ensure that our business is well-coordinated by plan to execute the strategies in order to attract potential customers & retain existing ones

What you must have:

• Right attitudes, responsible, discipline, enthusiasm & willingness to grow
• Willing to work in our office at KodeKiddo Jimbaran
• Minimum of final year college student, or fresh graduates bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, management, or related disciplines
• Good communication skills in english (verbal & written)
• Knowledge in sales & building a both fun & professional relationships with parents & students
• Proven leadership, collaboration & office management person

Day-to-day activities:

• Maintain a well communication with parents & school partners within operations of the branch including data entry, registration, schedule & payment process
• Provide an accurate monthly reports such revenues, new students data & other administrative reports
• Collaborate with centers lead teacher in implement & control the company guideline within the centre’s, managing staff, classroom & office management to provide the best services to parents & students
• Assist in various kodekiddo projects such as coding events, school booths, etc
• Responsible for the customer lifecycle for the specific, starting from follow up leads, customer care & solution
