Branch Head Jobs

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Branch Manager at PT. BPR Indra Candra in Denpasar, Bali. As a leading financial institution, we are committed to providing excellent service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong understanding of banking products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell to customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets, including deposit growth, loan portfolio expansion, and customer acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate branch staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of customer service and employee performance.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers.
• Foster a positive and professional working environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric culture.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and complex transactions, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
• Sound understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
