We are looking for a Barista / Ice Cream Scooper, this role is based in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.

Qualification

• Experience and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
• An unwavering commitment to customer service. Provide consistent, world-class service to every single ORVIA’s friends with the same care and presence as the first customer.
• Positive attitude and personality.
• Good knowledge of coffee and ice cream.
• Team player with a professional "get it done" attitude and work ethic preferred. Adapts well to change and able to handle pressure and solve problems.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, honesty, loyalty, organized, on time and self-motivated.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues, vendor and customers. Exhibit passion for community.
• Good personal presentation and hygiene. Ability to maintain clean section.
