Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security and integrity of data through proper authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to improve system architecture.
  • Design and develop backend solutions using Node.js and related frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.
  • Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
  • Optimize application performance by implementing efficient database structures and query optimization techniques.


Requirements:

  • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on Node.js.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with modern backend frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Koa.js).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of databases (relational and NoSQL) and proficiency in query optimization.
