Job Description

Synergize Tech is a software house that focused on solution to improve efficiency, productivity and also profit of our client's business. Our aim also to help our client gain a competitive advantage by utilizing the latest technology


Job description :

  • Maintaining development standards, practices & principle
  • Solving issue that happened in application with doing analyze, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and enhancement in backend area
  • Analytical approach on what and how
  • Involved in systems design, development, testing, implementation, documentation.


Requirements :

  • Self-motivated, passionate & eager to improve by keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in back-end development
  • Available to work full time and on-site
  • Proficient in Golang and Git, knowing PostgreSQL is a plus
  • Great communication & teamwork skills. Capable of collaborating with other team members
  • Good self-managing skills, in particular with keeping up with timeline
  • At least 2 years as an Backend Engineer / Developer
