Key Responsibilities:

Spend most of your time assisting clients to identify, measure, and manage their business as well as managing business processes of the group company and actively contributing to the growth and development of the RITZ Corpora Group by taking operational responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working and leading in a team-based environment.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong project management and personnel management skills.
• Professional presence with the ability to engage with management-level clients and internal leadership stakeholders.
• Good analytical thinking, high accuracy, detail-oriented, and able to work in challenging situations with challenging priorities.
• Experience in business operations and/or management for at least 1-2 years.
• Experience in Financial Services or Financing companies or banks would be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Management/Business/Finance or related disciplines with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Experience in developing system requirements, designing, testing, defining support procedures, and implementing business solutions.
