What You Will Do in WeTV

• Ensure proper data submissions are in-line with the standardization
• Arrange and process documents into the system
• Build good communication with stakeholders in regard to the job scope
• Initiate a work-around to issues identified in the system and process
• Coordinate and monitor any progress or bottleneck in the process and take action accordingly

What We Would Like to See in You

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a Chinese company and clerical role is a plus
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Fluent in Mandarin for both writing and speaking (preferably HSK 6 or HSK 5 certification)
• Meticulous, high attention to detail, and high integrity
