Job Description

The ideal candidate will build a team and define the company's user acquisition and onboarding strategy for specific areas in Java Islan to expand PasarMIKRO's users reach and revenue. He/she will also be responsible to represent the company in front of the agriculture/farming communities and act as their voice for us to keep enhancing the product and be able to answer their business/operations issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the market: Understand where the opportunities are and how to close it. Accountable to build, manage and continuously improve relationships with users and local stakeholders.
  • Result-Oriented: Have a clear and efficient budget and processes to achieve the company's target. Responsible to generate weekly & monthly report for its planning and realization.
  • Champion the Product: Understand the product on how to acquire and onboard user into the platform as well as maintain their overall experience.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate in Local Dialects & English
  • At least 5 years of work experience in related industries: Agriculture, B2B Start-up Companies, and/or Fin-tech
  • Results driven to get things done with proven track record of delivering numbers
  • Willing to be on the field.
