Location: Bali, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and create innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
• Provide on-site supervision and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop architectural plans and 3D models in line with local building codes and environmental regulations.
• Assist with obtaining necessary building permits and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and traditional Balinese architectural principles.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within Bali or Indonesia.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia/Bahasa Bali.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on sustainable or eco-friendly projects.
• Knowledge of local materials and construction techniques.
• Experience in working with governmental agencies in obtaining permits and approvals.
