Requirements

• Administration and reporting capabilities timely
• Minimum graduates Diploma III

Job Responsibilities

• Input any data related to unit activities into the system such as in the administration of prime product and product support selling, CCR (Customer Credit Request), call report, call plan, routing slip, ID creating for customers; make reports e.g. PO on hand report, summary lost report, prospect list, quotation list, etc.
• Receive customers’ call questioning unit’s price and direct them to PPSR for further follow up, contact customer for follow up credit facility, contact customer to collect detail info on unit down (such as unit’s S/N, location, contact person, etc).
• Conduct correspondence activity with HO (RA = Release Approval and CSUL (create ID), conduct the administration and check the completeness of supporting document related to prime product and product support selling (including create quotation, PO, arrange routing slip, propose unit release approval to HO, etc.), Credit Facility, CCR (Customer Credit Request), and ID creating for customers, create BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima) and delivery letter unit, etc.
• Collect and record incoming and outgoing mails and document, make filing of customer file such as contains routing slip, payment receipt, release approval, BAST, delivery note, Credit Facility, SOS report, PO, TTR (Trakindo Transaction Report), etc.
