Requirements

• Have good Leadership Skill
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel/ Google spreadsheet
• Willing to work in shifts
• Good communication, Energetic and interpersonal skill
• Bachelor (S1)

Responsibilities

• Able to find root cause, analyze problem and find good corrective action
• Deliver good leadership process, to lead all operational staff
• Re-booking shipments to maximize loads on a flight and follow up for clearances on the existing bookings with respective cargo agents and follow up for the un-cleared shipments (irregular cargo)
• Entry data all shipment outgoing to AF dashboard
• Create or compiling outgoing shipment, share to related agent and team station
• Co-ordination with Ops Warehouse and Airport for space confirmation
• Booking shipments and constant follow up to secure business
• Monitor flights regularly with a focus on flights allocation set beforehand
