We have partnered with over fifty companies and have a team of over thirty permanent and temporary members. Our aim is to bring additional ideas to the digital market while working with clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Project Manager located in Banten, Indonesia. The candidate is expected to be accountable for the overall delivery of assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and coordination between clients, team members, and suppliers for timely completion. The candidate is expected to identify and mitigate project risks and be responsible for delivering consistent quality output while managing project costs, timelines, and scope.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is necessary
• A keen sense of attention to detail and the ability to work well under tight deadlines and time pressure
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment
• The candidate must be a team player who is proactive, passionate, and driven to succeed and work closely with other team members and clients, demonstrating high leadership qualities when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field is required
• Experience in handling multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously, delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget is required
• Excellent in creating deck and presentations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicts for project success
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with team members and clients
